Touch Of Class Dallas LLC maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy concerning the use of intoxicating substances. Any usage of alcohol or drugs while on duty will result in an immediate suspension without pay, followed by a thorough investigation of the incident or charge. Should the investigation confirm a violation of the zero-tolerance policy, the driver will be terminated immediately for cause. We prioritize the safety and well-being of our clients and hold our drivers to the highest standards of professionalism. By strictly enforcing this policy, we ensure a secure and reliable transportation experience for all.

After the driver has ended the ride, riders are requested to report their feedback at (945) 323-8960. Promptly after a zero-tolerance complaint is filed, Touch Of Class Dallas LLC shall suspend the driver until further investigation.

Touch Of Class Dallas does not allow Drivers to operate any company vehicles within 8 hours of consuming any alcoholic beverages.
